Dr. Poffenberger recieves 2014 University programs Service-Learning Teaching Award

University Programs presented Service-Learning Teaching Awards to several faculty members during an April 3 awards ceremony. Dr. Abbey Poffenberger was recognized for creating an outstanding service-learning course experience and balancing community needs with fostering civic leadership skills in their students.

In his 17 years on the EKU faculty, Dr. Timothy Kiogora embodied a passion for educating students and colleagues about the African diaspora, particularly with regard to his native Kenya.

Renee Dyehouse represents FRLH at the 2014 "Posters at the Capital"

Renee Dyehouse, Comparative Humanities major and French minor, will be the sole representative of literature and language from EKU at the 2014 "Posters at the Capital" event.
